The apt. was neat and clean with a small kitchen, eating area, living room and bedroom. There was nice seating outside the door to enjoy the weather as well as ample seating around the pool. There is also a BBQ available.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our apartment was absolutely spotless with new furniture and fittings. Short 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Location was excellent.

Very clean and well equipped, very close to the beach but not noisy, we were not sure what to expect given this wasn't a chain hotel..........however it really was a very pleasant surprise. I will definitely stay there again.

It was a great location with nice owners. The hotel was beautiful and looked just like the pictures provided. The price for the stay was also significantly cheaper than other hotels around the area and I loved the close walk to the beach!

We really liked this hotel !! Our one bedroom suite was clean & spacious with a separate bedroom and a living room/dining area/kitchen combo. The king size bed was comfortable and there was nice grey tile throughout. The decor is nice but the living room'

Excellent place to stay! Clean, comfortable, 2 blocks from the beach, easy parking, walkable to many great restaurants, owners are extremely nice - old style Florida lodging. Classy!

Great location right off the beach. Andres responded quickly to our questions. Very clean. Nice touch having beach chairs available to use. Sylvia was very welcoming and a pleasure.

We had a great time in Fort Lauderdale. The location of this appartement is great. It is cleaned each day, is spacious and near the beach and restaurants. Walking distances. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Andres y Silvia lo mejor!!! Hacen que tu estadía en el Soleado sea perfecta, super atentos y amables, cuidando todos los detalles. La ubicación es espectacular, en una zona super tranquila y pintoresca, cerca de todo. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas.

Great spacious place for the low price, cool clean pool, and the beach is very close. Many great local venues are near. Only negative is the super light pressure in the shower. The room was updated very nicely. It’s a quiet place to get good sleep as well.
